CST Electrical WA

Your Google listing name breaks Google's own rules. It's also 100 per cent of your visibility.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

Your Google listing name breaks Google's own rules, and it's your only channel

Checked 16 September 2026: your Google Business Profile is published as "CST Electrical WA | Electrician Canning Vale." Adding a service and suburb to a business name is one of the most commonly enforced violations in Google's guidelines. You run 0 Google ads and rank for 0 keywords organically. That one profile, 5.0 stars from 45 reviews holding #1 in the Canning Vale local pack, is 100 per cent of your visibility.

What it costs: If that profile gets suspended for the name, your lead flow goes to zero on the same day, and the 45 reviews go with it. There's no second channel to fall back on.

The fix: Change the profile name to just "CST Electrical WA." Two minutes, and you keep the position and the reviews.

2,315 suburb pages built, and none of them earn a single visit

Ahrefs, checked 16 September 2026: 2,315 programmatic suburb pages exist on your site. Zero earn organic traffic. There's no Service Areas item in your navigation and no suburb menu, so roughly 99.6 per cent have no internal link path at all. One live page, /a-c-heating-hvac-suburb/, still shows the literal unfilled placeholder text "{suburb}" twelve times.

What it costs: You've built thousands of pages that Google can't find and customers will never see. One shipped with the template code still showing.

The fix: Pick 15-20 suburbs that actually matter, rebuild those properly with a real internal link path, and delete the rest.

3

Your website is publishing a fashion blog and leftover theme demo content

Checked 16 September 2026: your site still runs a demo blog post from the original WordPress theme, dated 2012, filed under a "Dining" category. Dining, fashion and gaming blog categories all still exist on an electrical contractor's website.

What it costs: Anyone who stumbles onto one of these pages sees an abandoned site, and it muddies what Google thinks your business is actually about.

The fix: Delete the demo posts and the unused categories. An afternoon of cleanup.

4

Your homepage says you've serviced Perth for over 10 years. The company is 3 years old.

Checked 16 September 2026: your homepage and about page say "we have been servicing Perth for over 10 years." Your ABN shows active from 31 May 2023, three years and three months. Your own about page already has the defensible version elsewhere: "with more than a decade in the industry," which describes the electricians' experience, not the company's age.

What it costs: A commercial client who checks the ABN and reads "over 10 years" on the same page sees a business overstating its own history.

The fix: Swap every "we've serviced Perth for 10 years" line for the industry-experience version already sitting on your about page.

Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
